cw:206 gw:150 goal calorie intake- 500 and under meals/calories total calories-about 2000 total meals- 2 breakfast- nothing 0 calories lunch- binged 1000 calories (I threw up some after) snack-nothing 0calories dinner- binged 800-1000 calories(i threw up all of it) I felt beyond disgusting with what I ate today. how i'll do better tomorrow breakfast and snack- 5 cal jello lunch or dinner-fast

I really haven't been able to sleep, and I'm sure a lot of you haven't but I'm going to give you guys a few tips for sleeping better.
1- take some melatonin its not unhealthy and its natural. 2- take a hot shower then make some sleepy time tea (use zero calorie sweetener) 3- listen to a hypnotizing video (a lot of times if you are exhausted but cant get yourself to fall asleep do a hypnosis video. you should fall asleep or get sleepy during the video depending how long it is) 4- listen to classical music. it is soft and relaxing 5- drink tart cherry juice(30 mins before sleeping) 6-go for a jog or workout then shower right before bed 7-clean up your room and light a few scented candles 8-make sure the temp of your room is good and not too hot. today was pretty sad. I felt like I ate too much and I came to find out my mom is making me go out to eat tomorrow with a group.
